Description Human Resources Director New Rehabilitation Hospital in Lynnwood Providence Regional Medical Center Everett and Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a business unit of Lifepoint Health, is building a new rehabilitation hospital in Lynnwood, WA. Expected to open in 2024, this 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital (IRF) will operate jointly with Lifepoint Rehabilitation and Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Lifepoint Rehabilitation (formerly branded Kindred Rehabilitation Services) has contractually managed the hospital's existing rehab unit for the past 13 years. Responsible for creating and maintaining employee personnel, education and medical files Responsible for Employee Relations. Works directly with Managers with all employee issues. Is responsible to ensure that Hospital policies and procedures are adhered to and promoting an open door environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related degree or nearing completion of the degree. Position requires a high level of proficiency normally acquired through five to seven years of progressively responsible work experience Working knowledge of all state and federal laws related to the Human Resources Field Salary range: $84,000 - $113,000 per year. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this yearly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this yearly rate.
