Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Chemical Manufacturing industry, located in Lynnwood, Washington, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with handling customer communications, managing orders, and maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and review incoming orders for fulfillment.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through email, ensuring professionalism and timeliness in responses.
• Handle and efficiently manage inbound calls from customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Review orders for discrepancies or unusual details prior to processing.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for order entry and data entry processes.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure orders are correctly printed and dispatched.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
• Utilize call center customer service skills to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Schedule appointments as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with patience and professionalism.
• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Accurate data entry skills for maintaining customer records.
• Skilled in managing email correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing customer correspondence.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
