About the role:

The Senior Project Manager is an advanced position responsible for planning, executing, and tracking critical global Operations projects. Projects in the purview of this individual range from one-site projects within Operations to extremely complex multi-site/department strategic initiatives. The number of projects managed at one time will vary based on complexity. We will rely on you to track progress against project targets, report on results, and implement countermeasures when needed.

In this role, you will be expected to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with leaders to develop and align on project scopes, deliverables, and targets.

  • Identify and apply appropriate project management standard work and tools to deliver project management excellence to the team members and leadership.

  • Indirectly manage global cross-functional project teams of internal and external technical resources.

  • Partner closely with business partners such as HR, Finance, and Engineering.

  • Track project progress, understand project health, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates to standard work.

  • Forecast project spend and adhere to project budgets and timelines.

Are you qualified?

  • You have your B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical field including Operations, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in technical project management.

  • You have demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site, global/multi-cultural projects.

  • You have previous experience with project management and data systems and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tasks/Planner.

  • You have the ability to quickly dissect a complex process and identify gaps/barriers toward improvement.

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$131,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
