Job Posting: Commercial Landscape Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial landscape projects. This role focuses on team performance, contract compliance, financial management, and schedule oversight, requiring exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Pay: $100-115k per year
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Review and maintain knowledge of project contracts, manage amendments, ensure compliance, and resolve disputes.
Financial Management: Track project profit and loss, monitor costs against the budget, implement cost-saving measures, and forecast financial performance.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, perform updates, coordinate with contractors, and mitigate scheduling risks.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, lead internal crews and subcontractors, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial landscape project management experience.
Proven experience in contract administration.
Strong financial management skills with experience in P&L.
Proficiency in project scheduling software and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
PMP Certification.
Familiarity with landscape construction software and local building codes.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
