Position Summary:

Within the Schneider Electric Sustainability Business is the Digitization and Automation Team. This team collaborates with various departments in the Sustainability Business to integrate technology into standardized processes, transforming them into digital solutions. Primarily focusing on internal systems, we facilitate the adoption and optimization of technology, aiming to digitize and streamline existing techniques and processes. We prioritize leveraging configurable applications and Schneider-approved tools, occasionally exploring third-party solutions to address specific business needs.

This team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, the Power Platform Developer will be responsible for driving key technology initiatives and projects within the organization and will be playing an important role in the digitization efforts across different business teams.

Position responsibilities:
Build robust, scalable solutions utilizing core technologies to our business including no-code, low-code and pro-code strategies.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet digitization requirements.
Partner with R&D leadership in driving initiatives, taking full end-to-end ownership of project management.
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Find and lead opportunities for digitization and automation across the different business processes and teams.
Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.
Provide care and support of stakeholders to solutions to ensure successful delivery and change management efforts.
Identify risks and drive the team towards successful resolution.
Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher levels of management.
Important skills and qualifications:
Self-motivated developer capable of independently managing projects and deadlines with a strong sense of autonomy and initiative. Proven track record of successfully managing technical initiatives.
1 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Business Application stack and Atlassian applications.
Bac helor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Ability to work in a global organization and with cross-discipline teams.
Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.
Ability to embrace ambiguity and drive actions.
Experience in learning, implementing and adapting new technologies and software.
Self-motivated, flexible, and results driven.
