University of Louisville Medical Residency Program Administrator II in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 5 (Salaried)Position Description:Under the guidance of the Anesthesiology Residency Program Director, Assistant Residency Program Director, and the Chairman of the department, this Medical Residency Program Administrator II will coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the Department of Anesthesiology Residency Program. This position will maintain, validate, and ensure that all applicable documentation associated with the residency program is current and correct. The Medical Residency Program Administrator II will be responsible for monitoring resident compliance in completion of medical records, resident case logs, and moonlighting hours. This position will also be responsible for assisting in preparing documentation for accreditation and site reviews. The Medical Residency Program Administrator II will facilitate departmental and Anesthesiology Residency program compliance with the School of Medicine House Staff Requirements. This position will coordinate residency recruitment process and work with faculty to proactively improve the instructional programs and recruitment processes of our department.Essential Duties:Coordinate Anesthesiology Residency program, which includes maintaining, validating, and ensuring that all applicable documentation associated with the program is up to date and readily available.Monitor resident compliance in completion of medical records and resident case logs.Coordinate and manage all resident recruiting and interview process.Compile and submit data for accreditation and RRC site reviews.
