University of Louisville Department Coordinator III in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED with 4 yrs of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Position Description:The Department of Theatre Arts is seeking a full-time Department Coordinator to serve as the primary office manager for Theatre Arts graduate and undergraduate programs while providing administrative and logistical support to the department chair, faculty, staff, and students. The Department Coordinator assists and represents the African American Theatre Program (AATP) at on/off-campus events related to African American students, staff, faculty and the larger community (this may include some evenings and weekends). This position collaborates with the department marketing manager on behalf of the AATP, assists the department chair with preparing semester course schedules, supports directors of Graduate and Undergraduate studies with processing forms for current and incoming students.
