General Purpose of the Job: This job requires that the employee maintain the highest level of quality, service, and cleanliness in all work assignments, as a cashier, packer, cook, and/or expediter, as assigned by store manager. Uniform: The job requires that only the approved company uniform be worn. Details on the approved company uniform may be found in the employee handbook.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Greet all arriving and departing guests with a smile and positive attitude. “Welcome to Popeyes” / “Special Guest…..” when delivering orders are standard responses.2. Ability to work anywhere, up front, in the restaurant, as needed.3. Execution of food orders to include “to go” orders, correctly ringing up the orders according to specified procedure, receiving payment from the guest and making the correct change for the guest in a friendly and timely manner.4. Preparation and cooking of menu items (other than cook responsibilities) in accordance to company specifications.5. Awareness and adherence to food safety and safety procedures (holding times, temperatures, code dates, etc.).6. Receiving, rotating, labeling, and stocking of food and supply orders in accordance with proper procedure.7. Set-up, maintenance, and break down of kitchen areas. This includes but is not limited to the storage areas, back dock and dumpster areas, dish area, prep and line area, and the parking lot. This includes stocking and cleaning these areas as needed.8. Ability to maintain lobby, counter, drive-thru, and packing area cleanliness, as well as washing dishes, changing trashcans, dumping trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and basic restroom cleanliness.9. Understand and use approved timekeeping system.10. Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency to get the required job done in a timely manner. 11. Ability to demonstrate teamwork skills with management and other employees.12. Ability to demonstrate a positive outlook and attitude toward management, other employees and the guest.13. Ability to demonstrate punctuality and adhere to attendance scheduling.14. Any other duty to include daily and weekly projects which management deems necessary to the smooth flow, goodwill and operation of the restaurant.
