City Of Louisville Open Space Technician in Louisville, Colorado
Under the direction of the Open Space Trails and Maintenance Supervisor, this position will assist the Open Space Department in carrying out the objectives of the Open Space Division as outlined in the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Comprehensive Long-Term Plan. This individual will perform skilled and semi-skilled work in the maintenance, construction, installation, and planning of Open Space amenities and trails. Primary duties will include Open Space trail corridor maintenance such as trail edge mowing, trail repair and resurfacing, tree trimming/removal; trash removal and dog-waste bag dispenser re-stock; vault toilet cleaning; and trailhead inspection and upkeep. Secondary duties will include assisting in supervising work for seasonal staff, youth corps, and volunteers; trail construction; and other duties as assigned.
