Contract Duration: 6+ month with potential to Convert or Extend
Location: Remote - Must reside in US
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Requirement is for a senior robotics process automation (RPA) business and systems analyst to join the Corporate Data and Analytics (DnA) departments new RPA team.
The team currently consists of a project manager and a senior RPA developer. The RPA team works with the HEDIS IT Ops team as well as other key business and IT stakeholders to implement RPA solutions in line with the DnA departments strategic RPA roadmap.
This is a backfill for the previous senior BA who left to pursue another opportunity.
Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting , as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports. Acts as subject matter expert for department or business unit on business systems/applications. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Performs application/system design and implementation. Documents development requirements. Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs.
BSA will facilitate requirements gathering, will assist with QA, and will document all artifacts required for the projects. This is a highly visible role that interacts with key stakeholders – excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are a must.
Work is remote – a high degree of autonomy is expected. The ability to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule is a must.
Education/Experience:
Required A Bachelors Degree in a related field
Required equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, conducting system analysis meetings, developing system design documents, developing project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines, and mediating different department demands to gain approvals on system scope and design.
Preferred Other a Masters degree in a related field, i.e., Mathematics, Computer Science, etc may be considered in lieu of some of the required experience (not to exceed 2 years)
Candidate Experience:
Preferred 1+ year of experience in Healthcare
Required 4+ years of experience in relevant programming to include SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle (or similar depending upon departmental requirements)
Required 3+ years of experience in related business analysis
Preferred 1+ year of experience in ASP/ASP.NET
Licenses and Certifications :A license in one of the following is required:
Preferred Other SAS Certification
Must haves:
7+ yeas as a BSA,, 3+ years with Robotic Process Automation analysis
3+ years experience with RPA
2+ years with ITIl 4 change enablement
Nice to haves: Healthcare industry experience, experience with UiPath (RPA tool), experience with Program Management/development
