Robert Half Support Program Manager in Los Angeles, California

Description

We are a well-established organization in Culver City is hiring a Support Program Manager on a contract-to-hire basis. The Support Program Manager role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of programs and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-functional support to program management staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality program execution

  • Serve as a point of contact and provide backup support for team members during absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.)

  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, preparing materials, and generating reports

  • Offer general office support, such as coordinating supplies, managing phone coverage, and receiving deliveries

  • Coordinate with IT support vendors to address office-related technical needs

  • Work onsite at the Los Angeles office 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the remaining days

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-player with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with senior executives and their assistants

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Comfortable managing multiple calendars and responding to ad hoc needs

The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and is motivated by supporting a collaborative team environment. This position reports to a Program Director and works closely with a wide range of internal teams, external partners, and executive-level clients. Salary is based on experience, up to $75-80k.

Requirements • Proficiency in Teams for effective team collaboration and communication.

• Ability to prepare comprehensive Activity Reports to track program progress.

• Excellent Proofreading skills to ensure all written materials are accurate and clear.

• Proficiency in Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.

• Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
