Description
The UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to join the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry department.
Assist with patient intakes (screening, tracking, and referrals)
Coordinating patients appointment
Assisting with clinic filing systems
Other duties as assigned
Please note: this is for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
Salary range: $16.80/hr - $20.80/hrQualifications
Must be current UCLA Student
Ability to assist with data entry for research studies
Ability to schedule patient and administrative appointments
Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff and patients
Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with direction
Ability to maintain confidentiality
