How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Sales Account Executive – Latin Specialty Sales is responsible for maximizing revenues and market share with Delta Air Lines and partner carriers.
This position is located is Los Angeles, CA.
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintaining and managing commercial relationships, contractnegotiation, and program implementation, including segmented channel strategiesand globalization where applicable.
Participating in local, West Coast, and U.S. eventstargeting the U.S. Hispanic Community, promoting Delta, Delta-AeroMexico’sbrands, and Delta-LATAM.
Maintaining sales agreements with key customers, deliveringexceptional support and identifying opportunities for relationship growth.
Evaluating performance and making data-drivenrecommendations to support sales development and optimize revenue potential.
Interfacing with the Specialty Sales Manager and the SalesDevelopment team to design and implement tailored sales strategies andprograms.
Planning account strategies aligned with Specialty Salesgoals and customer business objectives, using consultative account managementapproaches to maximize perceived customer value.
Managing all sales collateral and tools, including e-NCIdollars, in support of ongoing growth efforts.
Leveraging industry technology, sales platforms, and dataanalysis tools to identify sales opportunities and present findings to internalstakeholders.
Identifying, resolving, and escalating customer issues,while providing feedback for continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldpreferred, or equivalent relevant airline sales experience.
Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) isrequired.
Strong orientation toward sales, with a proven ability tocreate and maintain profitable customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills and business decision-makingcapabilities.
Demonstrated ability to tailor communication of newproduct/service features to align with customer business goals.
Skilled in contract preparation, negotiation, andimplementation.
Ability to perform data analysis to identify and communicatesales opportunities.
Strong written and verbal communication, time management,planning, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Comfort with digital collaboration and reporting tools in avirtual office environment.
Must be able to work extended hours, including nights andweekends as needed.
Willingness to travel regularly as required to supportassigned accounts.
Must be satisfactorily performing in current role.
Position to be based in Los Angeles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Recent airline sales experience.
Deep knowledge of multiple Latin American cultures.
Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Working knowledge of sales technology, CRM systems, digitalreporting dashboards, and industry tools to drive efficiency and insight.

Pay Range: $53100.00-$152800.00 annually
