We're looking for A: data-driven and creative programmatic and DSP media buyer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media across multiple DSPs and exchanges. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that drive results—whether that’s leads, conversions, or brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, analyze and scale paid programmatic and DSP media campaigns across multiple platforms
Lead the development of fresh ad creatives by contributing ideas and collaborating with copy and video teams to ensure engaging new assets are available for weekly offer testing
Run ongoing A/B tests on creatives and targeting to optimize campaign performance
Ensure consistent ROI by monitoring and optimizing campaigns daily and quickly responding to performance changes
Evaluate campaigns, creatives and strategy to drive greater scale while maintaining ROI
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic and DSP campaigns with proven, results-driven performance
Directly managed daily ad budgets of $10K or more
Skilled in crafting high-converting ad angles specifically for programmatic and DSP campaigns
Preferred background in direct-to-consumer marketing
Passionate about digital media, particularly in programmatic and DSP marketing
Familiar with basic video editing tools and techniques
Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy
Adept at analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable strategies
Quick to learn new tools, systems, and concepts

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $130,000, with unlimited monthly KPI-based bonuses which can push total compensation to over $200,000 annually for high performers.
Final compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including your experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
