TEKsystems Program Manager in Los Angeles, California

Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Program/Product Manager to take on a critical role within our Media & Entertainment division. The successful candidate will spearhead the optimization of our operational framework supporting AMP Video Services, with an emphasis on the Asset Order and Management Tool.

You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business teams, internal and external engineers, and product managers. Your role involves overseeing system configurations and optimizing the user experience of our Asset Order and Management Tool, ensuring seamless management of metadata, asset specifications, and order templates.

You will play a pivotal role in driving ongoing improvements across system functionalities and working with cross-functional teams to implement impactful enhancements. The overarching goal is to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Asset Order and Management Tool.

Background / Experience:

Program Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst

System Administrator (such as for MediaPulse, SAP, Salesforce)

Solution Consultant (such as for MediaPulse, SAP, Salesforce)

Software Developer

DevOps Specialist

Qualifications:

Expertise in system integrations, automation tools, and enhancing operational workflows.

Proven ability to conduct requirements sessions, translate insights into actionable tasks, and drive collaborative implementations with partners.

Proven experience in a senior role within the media and entertainment industry.

Deep understanding of post-production workflows and digital asset management.

Familiarity with Xytech MediaPulse or similar systems is highly desirable.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to actively engage in meetings with diverse stakeholders.
