- Responding to written/oral work orders and performing basic building and equipment repairs.
- Regular duties include plumbing, electrical, lighting, patching, painting, demolition and repair.
- Will be driving company vehicles to job sites and on errands.
- Must be able to lift and/or move office furniture and equipment.
- Must have knowledge of proper usage of hand tools and machines.
- Will be purchasing repair parts as needed and acquiring quotes for items when necessary.
- Must establish and maintain a professional demeanor with all associates during work including but not limited to fellow staff members, tenants and sub-contractors.
- Will be responsible for landscaping and general custodial duties as needed.
- Must complete basic vehicle and pre-trip inspections.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
