Splunk Legal Training Program Specialist in Los Angeles, California

Role

The Splunk Legal Operations team is looking for a dynamic training project/program specialist to help manage our Legal training curricula focused on internal (Legal) and external (Field Sales, Product & Technology, etc.) training and awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Take an innovative, creative strategic approach to launching and managing Legal training in our Learning Management System

  • Monitor and report on completions of training, create dashboards for leadership, and support training audits with reporting

  • Manage the training intake process; partner with stakeholders within and outside of Legal Operations to gather training and support requirements

  • Evangelize and promote Legal & Compliance training programs across the company

  • Build continuous improvement and maintenance into our curricula and processes

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience managing and implementing internal training in a corporate setting

  • 3 or more years of administrative experience in more than one LMS

  • Extensive experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering across departments
