Description Mike Cox of Robert Half Finance & Accounting is excited to partner with a high growth vertically integrated Real Estate/Hospitality company in Los Angeles who are looking to recruit a Director of Accounting position.
Reporting directly to the Group Controller, my client has expanded significantly across the US over the last 2-3 years.
The ideal candidate for this position can plan and direct all financial reporting as well as month end accounting activities for a portfolio of hospitality assets.
You will have experience of cash management, financial accounting and consolidations. Bringing your best in class experience you will be tasked with creating and rolling out internal processes and controls and partnering with the Executive Team.
Education credentials including:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field.
At least 5+ years accounting experience, ideally with a foundation of Public Accounting/Audit.
Yardi software desired
Real Estate - or Hospitality/Hotel industry experience required
Candidates must live close to Los Angeles as the office.
