ROBERT HALF LEGAL is looking for a Contracts Manager with 5+ years of experience in the corporate space specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of proven success with M& A transactions with the ability to review, negotiate, draft and redline contracts. A huge plus will also having experience with valuation, due diligence, as well as, selling or purchasing. The company is located in sunny Los Angeles, California in the Westwood area close to UCLA.
