KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Account Enablement to join our Clients & Markets organization.


  • Lead Account Planning processes, including recommending process enhancements, to enable the accurate selection of accounts and the associated revenue planning activities

  • Prepare presentations and materials to communicate the strategy and processes of the Account Enablement organization for leadership, Lead Partners, account teams, and other key stakeholders

  • Direct and coordinate the process to integrate and enhance technology requirements for tools and platforms to support account needs, including the data inputs/outputs needed to enable reporting

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders for account management, including functional contacts, finance & accounting, technology and other Growth and Strategy stakeholders

  • Lead efforts to connect with the Global Clients and Markets team and to drive further integration and connectivity between related U.S. and global planning initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team regarding connections related to the Lead Partner role, including Lead Partner KPIs/scorecards, training needs and account expectations of account management


  • Minimum six years of recent progressively responsible business experience including project management and supporting the needs of organizational leaders

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA is preferred

  • Experience managing complex projects and processes involving multiple constituents and departments

  • Understanding of professional services and account management for B2B organizations

  • Familiarity with projects that involve the analysis of data in support of strategic initiatives and decisions

  • Strong writing and communication skills
