The BLS Company Airport Representative (Los Angeles Area) in Los Angeles, California

We're hiring multiple Airport Representatives to work at a Los Angeles area airport.  

These positions are ideal for people already working in airport operations.  Curbside Concierges, Ticker Agents, Passenger Assistance Representatives are known to have transferrable skills highly suitable for these positions.

Job Description:

  • Professionally greet BLS passengers as they arrive and depart at the airport.

  • Assist arriving passengers by providing directions to their awaiting limousines and or escorting them through the airport.

  • Assist passengers with baggage claims and luggage transport.

  • Conduct quality control checks of our Chauffeurs picking up passengers at the airport.  You'll make sure Chauffeurs are following the company's dress code, are at the right location at the right time and are using the proper signage, and passenger names are spelled correctly.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in country specific language.

  • Additional languages desirable.

  • Self motivated and able to work independently.

  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required.

  • Willingness to work in inclement weather.
