We are currently hiring a Crew Lead to help lead our project teams and ensure successful job site operations.
Position Summary: The Crew Lead will be responsible for supervising and working alongside landscaping crew members to complete a variety of residential and commercial projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in landscaping, and the ability to effectively coordinate with both field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Delegate tasks and provide on-site direction to landscaping crew members
Manage delivery of materials and supplies at the job site
Communicate project needs and updates with the office team
Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during projects
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles appropriately
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscaping, including knowledge of multiple project types (irrigation, hardscaping, planting, etc.)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must have personal transportation to get to the main office/work site
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
