Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem ClearVista Health and Wellness Lorain, Ohio As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week and at least 4 hours per month and will provide coverage "as needed". This position will mostly provide PTO coverage. About the Facility:ClearVista Health and Wellness is located in Lorain, OH and provides Inpatient acute behavioral health services to adult and geriatric patient populations. This location is licensed for 52 beds, and offers renovated patient room, many types of group therapies (exercise, art, talk, crafts, music), AA meetings offered, in-house dietician, PT/OT therapy available. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is opened Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Required Qualifications: Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred Experience as a Pharmacist in aHospital setting preferred Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems Effective communications skills; verbal and written Hospital Requirements: (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving HepB3 Series(or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th COVID Vaccine Benefits: All Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match as well as for the EAP (employee assistance program).
