This is a Collective Bargaining Unit Position.
Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures acquired through completion of RN program. Current Ohio RN licensure and CPR certification. One year experience in area of specialty preferred. The expanded roles include ability to serve as team leader and builder. Must be able to learn and perform phlebotomy, incentive spirometry, ADL and restorative physical therapy. Med/Surg. Experience a plus. ACLS required in ER, CVICU, MICU/CRCU, Telemetry, Cath Lab, Ortho/Neuro, and Resource Pool areas. Bilingual experience necessary for the Health Ministry / Parish Nursing positions. ICU and Radiology Experience preferred.
Required:
Hours: 20 weekly scheduled hours
Start times are variable depending on patient volumes.
Prior procedural experience is needed.
Some evening hours may be required.
ACLS
PALS
Procedural PACU experience required.
Times are variable depending on volumes.
Previous procedural PACU experience required.
