As the Training Architect and Coordinator, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the implementation of training programs while managing all aspects of coordination, logistics, and vendor relationships. You will ensure that training initiatives are cost-effective, aligned with business goals, and seamlessly executed. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A Typical Day In This Role:
Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs, identify skills gaps, and define learning objectives for employees at all levels.
Training Design & Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design effective training programs and curriculum tailored to organizational needs, ensuring content is engaging and meets the learning objectives.
Budget Management: Develop, track, and manage training budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Provide regular updates on budget status to leadership.
Training Logistics & Coordination: Oversee all logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, equipment setup, participant registration, and communication.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and define training objectives for various teams and individuals.
Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; adjust content and delivery methods based on data and feedback.
Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and post-training performance metrics. Provide regular reports to leadership on program success and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the training programs and implement best practices to enhance the overall learning experience.
What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Full Professional Proficiency in French and English
Assets:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
Knowledge of e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
Certifications in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD, ADDIE).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
