Nous recherchons un Coordinateur Marketing dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe de Ventes et Marketing, en tant que membre clé de l'équipe de Stratégie Commerciale. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes pour soutenir la stratégie commerciale et les activités de marketing de produits.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Coordonner des projets pour promouvoir les caractéristiques, avantages et propositions de valeur des produits.

  • Soutenir la recherche de marché pour identifier les besoins des clients, les opportunités et les tendances de l'industrie.

  • Aider à la préparation des rapports internes et à la gestion des demandes ponctuelles.

  • Surveiller et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing en vue d'améliorations.

  • Participer aux activités d'engagement des employés et aux projets d'amélioration.

  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus.

OUTILS POUR RÉUSSIR :

  • Maîtrise de la suite Office 365 et de Teams : PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

  • Familiarité avec SharePoint.

  • La connaissance de Power BI est un plus.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français.

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, commerce ou domaine connexe.

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en marketing, de préférence dans l'aérospatiale ou l'aviation.

  • Compréhension de la recherche de marché, du positionnement des produits et de la gestion de campagnes.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

  • Compétences en gestion de projet avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches et respecter les délais.

  • Autonome, proactif(ve) et capable de travailler de manière indépendante ou en collaboration.

Our Offer:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team, serving as a key member of the Commercial Strategy team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial strategy and product marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate projects to promote product features, benefits, and value propositions.

  • Support market research to identify customer needs, opportunities, and industry trends.

  • Assist in preparing internal reports and handling ad-hoc requests.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance for improvement.

  • Participate in Employee Engagement activities and improvement projects.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities.

TOOLS FOR SUCCESS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Perfectly Bilingual in English and French

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in aerospace or aviation.

  • Understanding of market research, product positioning, and campaign management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
