HIRING ASSEMBLERS IN LONGMONT, CO
As an assembler, you will be responsible for outfitting trailers with generators, insulation blowers, pumps, and dryers. You will assemble electric motors, gas engines, blowers, electrical components, and other intricate parts with precision and accuracy. Identifying and resolving assembly issues and taking corrective actions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will perform tests on completed assemblies to ensure proper performance and compliance with quality standards
Pay: $22.00hr - $25.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
Job Description:
Outfit trailers with generators, insulation blowers, pumps, and dryers.
Assemble electric motors, gas engines, blowers, electrical components, and other intricate parts.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assembler components.
Identify and resolve assembly issues, including misaligned parts, improper fits, or any other irregularities.
Conduct functional tests on completed assemblies to ensure performance and compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Experience in mechanical assembly
Knowledge of electrical components

Work Environment:
You will work in a midsized manufacturing facility with 35-40 shop employees.
The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with the possibility of 5-10 hours of overtime per week and some weekend work if needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
