Hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics in Longmont, CO
Job Description
Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, including conveyor systems. Maintain equipment and logs to comply with OSHA and EPA requirements. Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Use a computer to input and maintain records, following GMP standards.
Responsibilities
Perform equipment changeovers and sanitation activities.
Conduct preventative maintenance, work orders, and lubrication to maximize equipment performance.
Improve and modify maintenance activities as needed.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace complex processing and packaging equipment.
Utilize drawings and manuals for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Essential Skills
Experience in mechanical maintenance in industrial settings.
Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
Ability to work with blueprints and technical documents.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, mechanical repair, industrial maintenance, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, welding, hydraulics, and schematic reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or 2 years in food manufacturing.
Ability to follow safety policies, SOPs, GMPs, and instructions.
Previous GMP experience in food manufacturing is ideal but not required.

Work Environment
Follow a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6:30am, with initial training on the first shift for 60 days. Work in a modern, efficient facility.

The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr.
