Oncore Manufacturing Llc Human Resources Representative in Longmont, Colorado
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Human Resources department. Responsible for the full cycle staffing & recruiting within a site.
Staffing & Recruiting
Maintain and submit weekly position requisition report to Corporate HR
Sourcing – ad placement (internal & external), pre-screens, conducting interviews, submitting background checks, sending candidates for drug testing
Create and submit New Hire Authorizations for approval
Maintain site application tracking information
Providing candidates with new hire paperwork which includes offer letter
Process new hire paperwork and other onboarding requirements
Submit all new hire and benefit paperwork to Corporate HR in a timely manner
Benefits
Administers health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and Corporate HR
Assist employees with resolving issues and answering questions related to health, dental, life, and all other related and deferred benefit claims
Responsible for HRIS and benefits administration data entry
Coordinate benefit information presentations and enrollments
Maintain HR related site reports such as the daily timekeeping reports, weekly requisition report, monthly headcount, monthly organizational chart
Maintain various HR packages including but not limited to new hire, leave of absences, worker’s compensation, and termination
Scan, e-file and submit hardcopies of new hire paperwork, status changes, LOA paperwork, termination paperwork, and other HR related documentation to Corporate HR
Maintain employee and contractor files
Assist with coordinating company site events
Assist with training coordination and recordkeeping
Support HR Manager as projects and requests arise
Occasionally back-up front desk duties including telephone and checking in visitors
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree or higher preferred
Human Resource Certification a plus
Work Experience
2+ years’ experience in Human Resources or related field required
