Summary:

The Amazon Team is a high-performing and dynamic team responsible for managing and growing our strategic partnership with Amazon. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our product offerings, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills:

Strategic Account Manager, Amazon EMEA Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth and expand our partnership with Amazon

  2. Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon, including executives, category managers, and operational teams

  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans

  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new categories, geographies, or services

  5. Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and other commercial terms with Amazon

  6. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform account strategies and optimize performance

  7. Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on account performance and progress against goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technology or e-commerce industry

  2. Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth

  3. High level of understanding of the e-commerce landscape and Amazon's business model

  4. Communication, negotiation, and partnerships skills

  5. Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic plans

  6. Successful at problem-solving and project management skills

  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  1. Worked at Amazon for a minimum of 2 years as AVS, or in a sales role

  2. Worked on cross-countries role (not UK only)
