Duties and responsibilities related to the Restaurant Manager role :

  • Lead and manage the operations of theAll Day DiningRestaurantand outdoor terrace, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentationacross Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Managerto develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.

  • Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.

  • Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.

  • Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.

*About you *

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
