Key job responsibilities

Product Marketing Manager will own Engagement initiatives to drive repeat spend, feature adoption and loyalty among small business customer segment (SSR).

Successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Marketing / Product Marketing driving impactful engagement campaigns based on customer insights. Specific areas of responsibility will include:

  • In collaboration with PM and other stakeholders develop GTM plans for impactful marketing and CX initiatives to drive engagement, spend and feature adoption.

  • Implement cross-channel marketing campaigns from concept to launch (email, mobile, onsite). Successful candidate will be equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level

  • Conduct customer research and analyze existing customer and performance data. Successful candidate will be able to work comfortably with both qualitative and quantitative data, and able to turn data inputs into business actionable insights.

  • In collaboration with PM work on definition of meaningful customer segmentation strategy.

  • Create customer value proposition and messaging frameworks and implement it across multiple channels and marketplaces.

  • Own regular business updates on marketing performance and contribute to segment level business reporting. Candidate will be required to provide regular updates to the leadership - strong verbal and written communications skills is a must.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Pricing, Retail, Payments teams to ensure consistent marketing communication and act as customer champion and influence CX improvement roadmap.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
