The Integrity Science team in Central Integrity organisation is a functional team that supports software engineering teams with investigations and deep technical understanding of integrity problems and systems.The Integrity Science team have the opportunity to work on many of the most challenging, complicated, and high-visibility problems the company faces. From account takeover, to spam and misinformation. The work we do impacts billions of people who use Facebook products. Our focus on technical investigations, data analysis, machine learning and adversarial thinking as well as our end-to-end understanding of detection and remediation systems allows us to collaborate seamlessly with software engineering, data science, and operations to build processes, tools and capabilities necessary to enforce Facebook community standards at scale.The Central Integrity organisation is looking for an experienced manager who will lead the Integrity Science team in London.This position is located in our London office.

Required Skills:

  1. Be both highly technical and an effective people manager in an integrity domain

  2. Lead the team that works across a wide scope and partner with multiple software engineering and analytics teams to deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in integrity domain

  3. Work with your team, partner engineering teams and XFN partners to define and influence strategies

  4. Drive roadmap creation and execution

  5. Participate in technical design

  6. Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals

  7. Work effectively with XFN partners and stakeholders to set and achieve optimal outcomes

  8. Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritisation

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience in adversarial space like financial fraud, spam, CERT

  2. Proven track record of supporting technical teams

  3. Strong problem solving skills and background in investigations, coding and data analysis

  4. Experience in supporting functional teams

  5. BSc / MSc in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working across the broader anti-abuse/security/Trust & Safety community

  2. Demonstrated understanding of security and integrity risks, and how they apply to Facebook and its users
