Head Pastry Chef at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

What you will do as a Head Pastry Chef

· Lead, mentor, and inspire the pastry team to consistently deliver high-quality products.

· Oversee recruitment, training, and development of pastry team members to ensure continuous skill enhancement.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with Hyatt's values of care and inclusivity.

· Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth for team members.

· Develop and execute innovative and seasonal pastry menus that align with the hotel identity.

· Ensure the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality across all pastry items.

· Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to create desserts that enhance the dining experience in restaurants, banqueting, and afternoon tea services.
