Do you want to play a key role in Amazon’s plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our expansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team.

Working within the Worldwide Launch & Expansion team, we need a superstar program manager who will help us to deliver our exciting launch plans. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complex projects, and working in ambiguous spaces.

You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess great communication skills, and be an expert problem solver who keeps a calm head when the going gets tough. You also need to have automation and streamlining front of mind – we aim to reinvent the wheel in a number of areas.

Results will be highly tangible.

Key job responsibilities

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.

• Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the box thinking.

• Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams

• Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience owning/driving roadmaps

• Experience with end to end programme management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
