Overview

As a member of the Accor Global Account team, your role will be to support the Account Director on the day-to-day management and delivery of best-in-class media services across its portfolio of brands which include All.com, Premium (Pullman, Swissotel, Movenpick), Mid-Scale (Novotel & Mercure) and Eco (Ibis). This team is part of the One Accor wider team spanning our creative practice, production practice and organic social practice bringing to our clients the Publicis – Power of One solution. You will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation. You will be building strong trusted relationships with key clients, supporting the Global Account Director and the account management team to deliver outstanding work every time.

One Accor is set up as a hub based operating model – with key hubs across (MEAPAC – Middle East & APAC), ENA (Europe & North Africa) & Americas (Latam & USA). You will support the regional hubs to ensure they apply consistency and deliver against the guidelines, playbooks and operational process and protocols. This will include tasks such as communication with the hubs, sharing knowledge and best practice, act as a point of contact for the global client team, work closely with the Account Director to manage the network, work closely with strategists and digital specialists to ensure projects are delivered to a great standard and more.

This role is fast paced and requires excellent project management skills, along with the ability to effectively manage international relationships, both with clients and partner agencies. Good knowledge of digital and experience in operations management is essential.

You will be supported by an account team comprising of a Project Manager, Account Director and Managing Partner, reporting into the Global Client Lead. You will be expected to support in fostering a strong team bond of collaboration and high performance. You will be expected to support on day-to-day account management and media plan design for the Accor Global Brand Campaigns for All.com and Sponsorships (Roland Garros & Sail GP).

You will be required to demonstrate project management and communication skills and be able to engage with multiple agency & client stakeholders to drive delivery of projects in a collaborative manner, whilst also driving business revenue and innovation, with an ever-increasing pipeline of projects.

You will be involved in planning and buying offline media on Accor Global Campaigns and will be supporting on crafting media plans geared towards brand awareness, fame, love, consideration and sales, whilst fostering strong relationships with media owners that generate value, as well as managing output from internal performance and activation teams. In additional you will be required to provide strategic support to Publicis Hub teams.

You will be supporting the Account Director in driving key client projects that include annual planning management, supporting business growth strategy and subsequently forecasting revenue internally.

You would need executional experience with a large host of comms channels, alongside expertise is automated reporting, detailed PCAs and strategic insights, furthermore knowledge of PPC, Social, Display, Online Video, Audio and their Programmatic equivalents, along with equally comprehensive knowledge of traditional channels, as well as Content Partnerships.

Responsibilities

Client service:

· Builds strong client relationships to understand the needs and requirements to proactively support the day-to-day delivery of projects

· Confidently manage multiple clients

· Responsible for the delivery of specific projects

· Displays critical thinking and challenges internal and external outputs

· Produces insightful, innovative and clearly articulated presentations

· Identification of opportunities that will leverage both internal and external cross-functional capabilities

Project management:

· Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects across Accor brands

· Coordinates and inspires agency resource including planning and digital

· Collaboration with media partners

· Deploy and liaise with regional hubs in the delivery of projects

· Create opportunities for regional hub governance connections and hub plan updates

· Overseeing finance management and reporting

Strategic planning:

· Strong digital background: working with the Zenith International specialist channel teams and hub planning teams to ensure best practice in the planning, implementation and measurement of all offline & digital activity

· Support the deployment of the media guidelines and regional hub output during the Annual Planning process

· Work collaboratively with partner agencies

Teamwork:

· Keeping a positive attitude even when under pressure

· Fosters relationships within the team & encourages 360 collaborations

· Develops junior members of the team

· Help to drive integration with One Accor practice counterparts
