Overview

We’re looking for a talented Client Development Director to help take our affiliate and performance marketing operations to the next level. If you’re a visionary leader with deep expertise in affiliate strategy, partnerships, negotiation, and data-driven growth, this is your chance to make a major contribution.

As Client Development Director, you will own and evolve the affiliate strategy, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing partnerships with publishers, influencers, and technology solutions for a significant client portfolio. You will lead a team of associates and managers, foster strategic relationships, and ensure CJ solutions keep us at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.

As a senior member of the UK team, you will be expected to establish yourself as knowledge source across the company amongst all team members. In addition, at Director level you will be expected to represent CJ externally at industry events and public speaking opportunities.

This role is perfect for a commercially savvy leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and is always looking ahead to the next big opportunity.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing.

  • Significant exposure in digital media/client services and responsibility for digital marketing teams.

  • Previous people management experience with strong team leadership capabilities.

  • Understanding of fundamentals of Digital channels, tracking online consumer behaviour and digital technology.

  • A strategic background on successful delivery of client business objectives.

  • Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional organisational skills, including use of AI and automation solutions to streamline resource management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Available to commute to our London HQ in White City

  • Short-haul travel potential
