Location:  London based, Hybrid

Salary:   £45,000 Basic, Up to £30,000 Bonus

The New Client Acquisition Team targets companies in the private, public and charity sectors, building strategic partnerships with organisations to develop their employees in line with talent and digital strategies.

The role:

Corndel has expanded it’s industry-leading partnership with Imperial College Business School (Ranked 6th Best  University  Worldwide)  to  launch  the  Strategic  People  Professional  programme.

In response to the significant demand we’ve seen, this role has been newly created to lead Corndel’s Strategic

People Professional sales and support our growth to become recognised as the market leader.

As Senior Client Manager you will be responsible for engaging with senior HR clients and selling the benefits

of Corndel’s talent development pathways to forge lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Converting inbound client enquiries for the Corndel’s Level 7 Strategic People Professional programme by presenting Corndel’s offer

  • Building relationships with new clients and helping them to understand how their apprenticeship levy can be used to achieve their strategic talent development goals

  • Working in a research and consultative framework to understand our target customers’ strategic objectives and how levy-funded and custom training programmes can align to form part of a wider talent solution

  • Working with the Customer Success Team and wider Business Development Team to ensure clients receive a brilliant experience working with Corndel in order to forge long-lasting, positive future relationships

  • Working collaboratively with your sales colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to a great working culture

  • Working closely with the Corndel marketing team to organise and manage targeted marketing campaigns

  • Working towards a challenging financial sales target

  • Supporting the growth and development of Cornde

    Experience and Skills:

    Essential:

  • A track-record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a business-to-business, solution-based sales role

  • An empathetic approach with exceptional relationship management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and listening skills

  • Demonstrate high levels of personal accountability

  • Drive to be a high performer in a sales environment

  • The ability to get things done, being able to establish effective systems, processes, and collaborative ways of working

    Desirable:

  • Experience of engaging and influencing senior HR decision- makers

  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of different business environments and priorities
