Role Purpose

The EMEA Living Capital Markets team provides investment advice on real estate transactions across the UK and Continental European markets. The team strategically advises clients to execute a full range of property solutions – involving direct property transactions as well as corporate finance, equity placement, debt, structured finance and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have good real estate investment or valuation experience, preferably with some knowledge of working in continental markets; demonstrate a strong work ethic and enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team and wider investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

‒Co- ordinating market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends across the EMEA region.

‒Engage with other key members of the EMEA Central Team and wider local market teams in country.

‒Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including institutional investors, fund managers prop companies and banks.

‒Supporting in the originations and execution of investment transactions.

‒Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.

‒Creating cash-flows and financial analysis for investment acquisitions or disposals.

‒Preparing and reviewing investment materials, presentation documents, pitches, and marketing collateral

‒Aiding in the creation of reports and client advice.

‒Participating in client meetings and presentations, showcasing the firm's capabilities and track record in EMEA capital markets.

Person Specification/Requirements

‒Good interpersonal skills

‒Efficient task prioritisation and coordination to meet deadlines.

‒Precise attention to detail

‒Ability to be proactive and an aptitude of building relationships

‒Openness to engage in multiple markets.

‒Knowledge of a second language is beneficial but not mandatory.

‒Team player with effective interaction with colleagues and clients

‒Technically proficient, particularly in financial modelling

‒Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)

‒Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

‒Willingness for frequent travel, primarily within Europe.
