The London EDITION is looking for its next Assistant Guest Experience Manager!

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our Front Office team.

As an Assistant Guest Experience Manager you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for Guest Experience, ensuring quality, standards and guest expectations are met on a daily basis

  • Train and coach the team

  • Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed

  • Respond to guest requests, queries and complaints

  • Take and process guest room service orders

  • Ensure exceptional guest service

  • Work with the management team to ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Serve as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills
