We are looking for a new brand partnerships executive to join our fast-growing team in London. The aim of the fashion business development manager is to identify partnerships and pitch the PLG's Resale service to new clients.

Role: Sales Assistant with Arabic language  – Permanent

Reporting To: Key Account Manager

Location: London, W3

Position description:

As a Sales staff member, you will be responsible for wholesaling clothing to existing clients and acquiring new ones. Duties include managing client relationships, supporting the sales process, assisting Business Development in securing quality products, organising logistics and achieving team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic

  • Support and maintain relationships with the current pool of clients, ensuring their needs are met and orders are processed smoothly

  • Develop New Business: Actively seek out and establish relationships with new clients to expand the customer base

  • Collaborate with BD Teams: Assist the Business Development teams in securing better products for the business, ensuring competitive offerings and high-quality merchandise

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute to the achievement of team targets by managing all aspects of the sales process, including:

Responding to leads and inquiries generated by marketing efforts and internal sales support tools

Managing orders from initiation to completion

Handling invoicing and ensuring timely and accurate processing

Maintaining and updating CRM systems with relevant client and transaction information

  • Very good English (for internal communication)

  • Other foreign language (preferably French) would be a good to have

  • Customer service experience will be a plus

  • Eye for detail and good own work organisation

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal

  • Excellent numerical skills

  • Commercial awareness

  • Proficiency in excel and powerpoint

  • Collaborating with internal teams

  • Conducting data analysis to drive informed decision-making

  • Undertaking domestic and international travel as needed

Desired Skills:

  • Retail industry exposure

  • Experience in introducing new business model, or new brand/product into the market (preferred)

  • Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the luxury space

Location:

London W3 – on-site Monday to Friday
