Job Purpose:
One of CBRE Global Workplace Solutions key divisions, Facilities Management, is seeking an Account Manager to take responsibility for a large private sector customer in North London.
As a Facilities Management AccountManager,you will be responsible for delivery of FMtoThe Account, working in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure a 5 Star service is delivered andmaintained at all times.
Constant innovation is key to ourlong-termsuccess, and within the role you will be responsible for improving both operational and commercial performance through best practice, operational excellence and identifying opportunities for introducing new service lines and product offerings.
Role Summary:
Responsible for the day to day running of both the hard and soft services, organising the site team and supply chain in order to meet contractual outputs andobjectives
Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtainingreferrals
Managing & having accountability for theP&Land maintaining agreed profit margins
Managing a team of soft services professionals andM&Eengineers and contract support workers effectively to maximize the performance of thecompany
Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures, emergency and contingencyplans
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review theH&Spolicy
Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability, and make sure that contracts are re-won on re-tender
Person Specifications:
Interested candidates must possess quantifiable experience within a similar role.
Facilities Management experience
Government or manufacturing environment would bedesirable
A qualification in health & safety (NEBOSH,IOSH) isdesirable
Strong commercial acumen is essential, and experience of managing aP&Lis preferable.
Excellent communication and management skills areessential
