Experienced Underground Miners needed. Must be able to perform job duties in the following areas: roller and screen changes; belt work; steel sets; overcasts; jacks; seal preparation, pumpable cribs, scoop operating, bolting, and other laborer duties as required. Experienced Miner Certification in state of WV required; WV Experienced Miner MSHA Training Required to be considered for position (40 or 80 hr MSHA training). The right person possesses: Distinct aptitudes to perform job duties with care, commitment, passion, and pride; Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work 40+ swing shift schedule as needed that may include working at different mine locations; Ability to utilize different task training and to work on weekends as required; Team member mentality with ability to follow all safety regulations that includes wearing required Personal Protective Equipment; Lift and carry capability up to 50 lbs; Bend and twist carry capability of 40+ lbs; Equipment/material carry capability including up/down stairs; Multiple-limb coordination, near/far vision, manual dexterity, climbing capability, long-distance walking capability.
