Overview The Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University is accepting applications for a community engagement coordinator. This is a part-time, non-benefitted position. Applications are being taken immediately. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

The incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. This position will report to the Director of External Relations.

Responsibilities

• Write profiles of alumni, donors, and friends for publication in various media, such as the Huntsman Business Magazine and news releases.
• Communications to donors, including Thank You letters.
• Coordinate alumni recognition across the spectrum of the school's marketing vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree OR 4 years of directly related experience.
• Demonstrate experience with broad range of marketing and public relations activities.
• Be computer literate with experience in word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to exercise independent initiative and judgment. Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously is critical.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with co-workers and constituents.

Advertised Salary Commensurate with experience
