Nexeo Staffing Customer Service Representative in LOGAN, Utah

Customer Service Associates handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing,payments,credits,fraud alerts,internet and cell phone services,and mortgage servicing. Successful candidates must possess problem-solving skills,self-motivation,and exceptional communication abilities to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

       Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

       Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information securely.

       Demonstrate multitasking abilities while engaging with customers.

       Commit to working extended hours as needed to achieve goals.

       Complete assigned responsibilities from managers promptly and accurately.

 

Qualifications

       High School Diploma or GED.

       Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.

       Ability to commit to full-time hours and flexible scheduling.

       Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Pay

$17.00 Per Hour

 

Schedule

Must be available Monday through Saturday.

Part-time schedules available for those in school,limited to 25 hours per week.* *
