HOCKING VALLEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL Human Resources Generalist - Full Time, Hospital Setting in Logan, Ohio

Hocking Valley Community Hospital (HVCH) is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our friendly, hard-working team.

  • Human Resources Department, Full Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (some flexibility with hours).
  • Pay is $19.95/hr to $24.92/hr, based on experience.

Who We Are

HVCH is a 25-bed critical access hospital (CAH) with a full-service Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Surgical Services, as well as many Outpatient Clinics and Services, as well as a Rural Health Clinic providing Family and Pediatric care services. In the fall of 2023, we partnered with the Logan-Hocking School District, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Hopewell Health and others to build and open the Chieftain School Based Health Clinic to provide greater care to the students in our community. We have over 350 employees who serve the residents and visitors of rural Logan, Ohio. We are nestled in the heart of the beautiful Hocking Hills Region in southeastern Ohio. We are affiliated with OSU Wexner Medical Center and part of the Ohio State Health Network.

Our Desired Candidate Will Have

Associate's degree or higher preferred or at least two years of HR experience preferred.

Experience in operating computers, Microsoft products, filing, and maintaining HRIS, ATS, and Outlook calendars.

Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Attention to detail, organized, time management, and excellent communication.

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills.

Social Media skills preferred.

Event planning experience prefer
