Aerotek Solar Laborer in Lodi, New York
Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Helper at our commercial solar farm project. In this role, you will assist electricians with the electrical scope of the project, which includes tasks such as staging materials, pulling wire, completing connections, conduit installation, and completing home runs. You will also support various non-electrical tasks like assembling racking systems and maintaining a clean work site. This position requires a solid commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Hard Skills
1+ years experience in solar racking or solar electrical work
Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/8th of an inch
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Experience with wire pulling and MC 4 connections
Soft Skills

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lodi, New York.
Work Environment
The project is located in an old farm field. Conditions can be wet and muddy, and work is conducted in various weather conditions. Work hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Note that Saturdays are mandatory when requested.
