Summary

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a senior program analyst providing authoritative advice and guidance to PBS senior leadership and developing, analyzing, and executing human capital, workforce, planning, and performance management strategic plans.

Location of position: Public Buildings Service (PBS), Central Office (CO), Office of the Commissioner (P), Location Negotiable after selection.

The location of this position is negotiable after selection. The incumbent may be selected for one of the following duty stations that are GSA Regional or National Offices: Washington, DC; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Auburn, WA. * This position is not a Full-Time Teleworkposition.*

Specialized Experience:

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.Specialized experience is experience: providing authoritative advice and guidance to senior leadership, facilitating high level actions and monitoring, evaluating and developing recommendations and new/modified approaches related to assigned national programs, developing position papers, messaging, internal communications, outreach and engagement plans, and formulates findings and recommendations into well-organized and supportable written and/or oral presentations, reports, and other materials, and explaining and supporting initiatives and changes in program areas; and developing metrics and establishing benchmarks for assigned tasks as well as developing timelines, milestone schedules, and training for assigned projects.
