Industrial Engineer for Livonia, MI:

Prepare / assist in creation of Standard Repair Times (SRT) Manual by conducting Predetermined Motion Time Studies (PMTS). Evaluate SRT in workshop for the various maintenance and repair activities. Creating process flow for product documentation and scheduling timelines as per the process flow. Conduct periodic quality check of projects to ensure project requirements before delivery. Support pilot activities for product launch and implement the changes / updates in technical documents according to the requirements. Ensure deliverables in terms of timing and quality in compliancy with SLA. Ensure accurate, complete and consistent inputs and deliverables for schedule adherence process planning application. Validate the quality of deliverables and prepare & present weekly project status to customer. Develop and maintain technical documentation and project reports. Develop standards for layouts and design by working with the management. Analyzing operations, designing workflows and processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final outcome meet the established quality standard. Design control systems to minimize and resolve production issues and project costs. Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements. Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information. Taking care of process documentation and preparing production reports. Track project status through MPP(Microsoft Project Plan), etc.
