Job Overview:
The Receptionist will coordinate the operations of patient information, welcome, meet and greet patient navigation programs, and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. The goal is achieved through various channels by working with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in order to achieve high level of satisfaction and enhance first impressions.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School graduate or G.E.D equivalent
Willingness to work flexible hours, including workdays, weekends, and holidays
Completion of all required orientation programs
Preferred:
1-2 years customer service experience preferred
Ability to deal with diversified customers.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Scheduling Requirements:
Shift Working: Flexibility to work hours fluctuating between 10:00am-8:00pm
Days to Work: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays
Per-Diem, Based on Business Needs
